I'm flexible with how I work with you. My aim is to achieve your business goals. Every client's needs will be different, but one of four engagement models is likely to fit:

CONSULTING
Your objectives will always be my focus. It is important that I understand your goals, timelines and deliverables. We can take it from there.
All analysis, reports and advice I offer will be based on the brief, and agreed deliverables - but if I can add further value, I will.
INTERIM
Having been in various senior roles, I am very comfortable stepping in to lead aspects of your Sales, Solutions or Business Development teams on a short term basis.
My goal will be to help you to achieve your KPIs while you find a permanent recruit.
PROJECTS
As well as taking leadership roles, I am happy to use and pass on my expertise as a team member, supplementing your project resources where you've got a gap.
On these projects, both delivery of work packages and skills transfer will be objectives.
Contractual flexibility
It's your project - we can work your way
As a UK-based Limited company, we can operate in a number of different contractual ways:
- Directly with Airevo Consulting Limited on a Fixed Contract basis (i.e. fixed price and deliverables)
- Directly with Airevo Consulting Limited on a Time-and-Materials basis (i.e. day rates + expenses)
- Under IR35 rules via an umbrella company (chosen by you, or by me)
Like with the choice of Consultancy, Project, Interim or Non-Executive, we can work together to arrive at an approach that works best for you.
