WHAT HAVE I BEEN
UP TO RECENTLY?
Over the last 18-months, I've been working with Rassure - an innovative business based in Sydney, delivering Airline Sales/GDS Audit services worldwide.
I helped them in three key areas:
- Education on NDC and its impacts. This led to development of a set of short and medium term Solution/Service goals.
- Development of new Commercial processes. This involved putting in place best-practice pipeline structures, price modelling, new sales materials (e.g. proof-points, explainers, sales decks and proposals), enhancing the existing CRM process and using it's "single version of the truth" to create insightful, actionable reporting.
- Establishing regular operations. Leading and coaching the existing Marketing & Sales team on an interim basis - resulting in both the proactive and reactive pipeline growing 3x in 12-months (in volume, value and probability terms).
